Welcome to Den Norske Klub - The Norwegian Club in London

Den Norske Klub is a social focus for Norwegians and friends of Norway in and around London. Our premises are located in St James’s Square, between Piccadilly and Pall Mall, where we share a building with the Naval and Military Club (the ‘In & Out’) in the heart of London’s clubland.

The Klub arranges a range of events, from dinners and lunches to financial evenings and topical political events, as well as our monthly drop-in Friday Drinks. See more information under Klub Events.

Summer Barbecue - The In & Out Summer BBQ

Summer has arrived! We know this mainly because Clare has looked out of the DNK office window today but also because The In & Out has invited us to their Summer BBQ! It’s a fabulous and famously relaxed event (relaxed dress code – ‘club casual’) in The In & Out Courtyard. They promise a two-course supper, including a spit roast!

Friday Drinks

On the first Friday of every month* (except July and August) DNK welcomes its members and potential members to the Friday Drinks night, an informal get-together in the Canning Bar. No signing-up, no entrance fee, just turn up and buy your drinks at the bar. Non-members welcome.

Dress: Informal (no tie required), but please remember that denim or trainers are not welcome at the In & Out Club. However, "smart jeans" are acceptable on Friday nights.

*The Canning Bar is of course open on all Friday evenings, and DNK members are welcome to pop in any time after 6pm, only it won't then be as part of a DNK Friday Drinks event. Please note that the bar is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
