Meeting Rooms

The In & Out Club caters for a host of business needs, from large meeting rooms equipped with multi media technology to smaller areas suited for private office use.

The clubhouse’s unique venue and ultra-convenient location make it the perfect choice for many meetings and corporate occasions, including press briefings, product launches, international board meetings, recruitment screenings and company announcements. A broad range of refreshments are available on request.

The Study
This open plan business area is one of the more informal areas of the Clubhouse. WiFi connectivity is provided and a PC with printer is available for those without laptops. Members and guests can use laptops, mobile telephones and openly display business papers. Sit at one of the desks to deal with personal correspondence or simply put your feet up on one of the comfortable sofas and relax with a good book. Refreshments are available – just phone the The Down & Out!

The Irvin Room
Located next to the Study this room can be used for small meetings or by DNK Members who wish to have more private discussions. The room can comfortably sit eight people. Beverages and snacks can be ordered from the The Down & Out. Available to Members free of charge for the first two hours after which a small charge will be made.

The Upstairs Study
Air conditioned and fitted with five individual workstations, this room has been designed for Members who want a little more privacy. Two workstations are fully equipped with PCs and a colour printer, photocopier and fax machine are available. Mobiles may be used and a house phone is available for both internal and external calls. The Upstairs Study has both WiFi and plug-in connections for Members who wish to use their own laptops.

The Palmerston Room
Combining tradition with an eye to the future, the Palmerston Room offers the very highest standards of Multi-Media presentation facilities including video conferencing and feature quality DVD, within an imposing room setting.

The Boardroom
This well furnished air conditioned and sound-proofed room has been newly created for Members' business requirements. The Boardroom is available for private meetings of up to eight (12 at a squeeze!). Up-to-the-minute audio visual equipment and tele-conferencing facilities are available while printing, faxing and photocopying facilities are in the Upstairs Study next door. The room can be hired by the hour or for full or half days. Drinks and light snacks can be made available

The Cambridge Room
For parties of up to 20, the Cambridge Room provides an ideal venue for corporate meetings, informal cocktail parties, or private candle-lit dining.
